Lead Veteran Service Officer for U.S. Senior Vets
Mr. Buckman is the former President of the California Veterans
Service officers and rose to the rank of Warrant Officer in the Army
prior to becoming a highly recognized Veterans Service Officer.
Richard P. Schulze, JD, MBA
Chief Legal Counsel and VA Accredited Attorney for U.S. Senior
Richard Schulze is a Nevada attorney with over 20 years of experience. After receiving his Bachelor of Arts degree from Reed College in Portland, Oregon, Richard pursued his graduate education receiving his Doctor of Jurisprudence and Master of Business Administration at Willamette University in Salem, Oregon. Mr. Schulze is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys and WeathCounsel, LLC.
Brigadier General Ellsworth (Ret.)
During 40 years of service with the National Guard General
Ellsworth’s awards and decorations include the Legion of Merit;
Meritorious Service Service Medal with four Oak Leaf Clusters and
the Army Commendation Medal with two Oak Leaf Clusters.
Vets has not been recognized by the VA for purposes of preparing,
