Richard P. Schulze, JD, MBA
President for U.S. Senior
Richard Schulze has been working with seniors and their families in the elder care arena with over 20 years of experience. After receiving his Bachelor of Arts degree from Reed College in Portland, Oregon, Richard pursued his graduate education receiving his Doctor of Jurisprudence Law Degree and Master of Business administration at Willamette University in Salem, Oregon.
Mr. Schulze is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys and WeathCounsel, LLC.

Prior to Mr Buckman's retirement from the government he served as the President of the California Veterans Service Officers and was highly recognized for various achievements for his work attaining benefits for qualified Veterans as a VSO. During Mr. Buckman's 20 years of service in the Army he was able to attain the rank of Warrant Officer.
Brigadier General Ellsworth (Ret.)
During 40 years of service with the National Guard, Brigadier General Ellsworth's awards and decorations include the Legion of Merit;
